Varun Jain

Varun is the head of both Masthead’s CFO/COO and Accounting Services teams as well as the Transaction Services & Fractional Banker teams. Varun core teams includes eight highly skilled professionals ranging from Senior Analysts to Associates and Bookkeeping Specialists which is backed up by an additional 4 part time professionals. His team plays a vital role in supporting Masthead and its clients across a wide range of services including financial analysis, accounting, reporting, marketing, and lead generation. Together, they help expand capabilities and streamline process flow for client engagements.

Before joining Masthead Financial & Capital Advisors, Varun was part of the global M&A team at Ernst & Young (EY). His experience and leadership have been instrumental in building out Masthead’s offshore capabilities and enhancing operational efficiency. Varun holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, a Master’s in Financial Analysis (MFA) from ICFAI, and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) from H.P. University.
