Masthead Financial & Capital Advisors was expanded in 2021 by the longtime collaborators Bob Hanger and Rob Shishino, combining their deep expertise in capital strategy, M&A advisory, and CFO leadership.

Bob launched Masthead Capital in 2016 to help businesses optimize capital and navigate transactions, while Rob had led a successful Fractional CFO practice since 2012. Together, they formed a unified advisory firm to offer end-to-end financial and operational guidance.

Today, Masthead includes a 15-person team with over 250 years of combined experience. We’ve supported more than 100 companies across 40+ countries—delivering strategic insight, hands-on execution, and trusted partnership through every stage of the business lifecycle.
