- Establish key performance indicators to monitor performance against those goals.

- Determine the efficacy of roles and responsibilities and identify gaps in organizational structure.
- Advise on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development strategies.
Stakeholder Management
- Establish and manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders and other external partners.
- Help negotiate contracts, evaluate vendor performance and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and process improvements.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline operational workflows.
Team Leadership/ Management
- Provide leadership and guidance to the management team and other employees.
- Facilitate Team meetings to help align teams with the overall vision, foster collaboration, and promote a positive work culture.
Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Bring experience, critical thinking skills, and expertise to tackle complex challenges and make informed
decisions. - Provide objective insights, assess risk, and recommend solutions to address operational issues.
