Individual Investor

An individual investor was looking for an acquisition to become the owner/operator of that business.  Masthead Financial & Capital Advisors assisted him in the full process of buying a business. We completed full financial and operational analysis of the acquisition opportunity and advised the first time buyer on the potential risks and opportunities involved with the purchase.

From the early stages of the acquisition, we worked side by side with him and the company during the due diligence process.  We brought in outside expertise, as needed, involving quality of earnings, background checks, and raised capital for the acquisition.  We provided a capitalization optimization strategy and assisted in driving the transaction through the process towards a successful close.  Upon closing the transaction, we worked with the investor and his new business during the transition until he was able to implement his change strategy and hire a new CFO for the business.
