Private Equity Firm

A private equity firm had acquired 3 portfolio companies to date and was looking to implement change initiatives and pursue recapitalization of their current portfolio holdings. In addition to providing full financial assessment of the individual companies, Masthead Financial & Capital Advisors provided complete financial services for each company covering cash flow optimization strategies, capital raise, transaction management, and maintained ongoing relationships with capital providers.

In addition to the recapitalization of the existing portfolio, we were involved in working with their business development team during their acquisition search involving more than 50 potential target companies nationwide.  We assisted with the investment analysis process and pre-screening of potential acquisitions.  Masthead further supported the private equity firm through due diligence, Sr. debt capital raise, closing, and maintained ongoing relationships with management teams of 2 additional portfolio company acquisitions.
